Job Responsibilities

1. Monthly Analysis – prepare check and analyze selected entity or sub-group monthly/quarterly management reports, including overall P&L balance sheet and cash flow analysis, working capital analysis working capital analysis, business highlights and analyze impact for deliverables to be submitted to internal management etc. (using excels systems and Tableau);
2. Forecast & Budget – prepare, check and analyze the rolling forecast, annual budget and long-term projections (using excels and systems);
3. Corporate projects – working with other team mates on other ad-hoc financial analysis or corporate projects as assigned (e.g. Corporate finance, merger and acquisition, improvement projects etc.)
4. Identify risk and opportunities of key findings and analysis and prepare usual and scenario analysis as needed, for example entities and sub-group analysis, commercial analysis (sales and margin etc.), inventory and expenses analysis, KPI, etc.;
5. Work closely with financial, business, functional and treasury teams, attend monthly financial performance review meeting with Singapore, China and overseas teams to follow up and analyze on related issues;
6. Proactive, self-motivator, self-starter and quick learner - able to learn fast ,take ownership to execute and coordinate tasks entrusted and communicate well with other finance and business department to deliver tasks, provide key insights, support business growth and operation excellence;
7. Any ad hoc financial analysis or projects as assigned
8. Occasional business travel may be required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree's in Accounting or ACCA, CPA or CA certified.

At least 6-8 years experience relevant experience in  corporate finance analysis / Big 4 audit.

Excellent command of MS Office applications and especially strong in Excel and Powerpoint including macro. Familiarity with Tableau and other visualization tools is a plus.

Good sense of finance data analysis, strong with numbers, logical & analytical thinking, financial modelling/ structuring, corporate finance and communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment and under fast pace and tight deadlines as needed.

Ability to converse in Mandarin to work with China team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports, Java, Oracle ADF, Oracle Application Express (APEX)
2. Experience supporting and developing Oracle Application solutions.
3. Oracle PL / SQL development experience.
4. Experience developing with Oracle DB Objects including (Tables, Views, Triggers, Procedures, Functions, Jobs, etc..)
5. Experience developing user screens, reporting, and workflow solutions.
6. Working knowledge of Unix/Solaris server environments.
7. Experience generating reporting and alerts for transaction monitoring.
8. Experience working with data integration projects between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, developer certifications is a plus.

At least 4 years relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS, APIs, warehouse management system, Oracle APEX or other Development framework.

Analytical, good problem solving  and communication skills.

Ability to converse in Mandarin to work with China team.

This role based in Singapore, supports the finance function for a US entity in South Carolina. The candidate must be flexible with their schedule to accommodate US time for meetings and may need to travel to South Carolina on short notices 2-3 times a year, with each trip lasting 2-3 months.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely preparation and review of full sets of accounts for month end closing
2. Ensure accounting transactions/process/ documentations are properly implemented in compliance with local accounting standards and group policies
3. Review, redesign and establish SOPs to reflect and support the business strategy and business growth
4. Analyse and present monthly financial results to management and provide valuable insights
5. Establish policies and procedures, and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives
6. Effective and proactive contributions to business cases and strategy through financial modelling and the preparation of tools and templates for scenario analysis
7. Manage the preparation of the budgets and work closely with the Group FP&A on annual Group budget exercise
8. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual group and local statutory audits and tax filings.
9. Preparation of annual accounts / financial statements and reports for compliance with local government regulations and relevant financial and accounting standards.
10. Ensures all statutory and tax returns are prepared and filed in an accurate and timely manner
11. Other ad-hoc business projects as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree's in Accounting or ACCA, CPA or CA certified.

At least 6-8 years experience relevant experience preferably in  Big 4 audit / manufacturing industry.

Competent in Accounting standards IFRS, IAS and GAAP. Excellent command of MS Office applications and especially strong in Excel and Powerpoint including BI. Familiarity with Hyperion Financial management and Oracle and other accounting software is a plus. 

Good communication skills and experience in handling external auditors and audit compliance. 

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment and under fast pace and tight deadlines as needed.

Ability to converse in Mandarin to work with China team.
